(i) If the dividend of any these years has not been received,
please write to us or
M/s.Karvy Computershare Pvt. Ltd.
(ii) Shareholders/Investors Banking with any branch of SBBJ may collect dividend
directly in the account through Core Banking Solution
(for CBS Mandate form click here)
(iii) For credit of dividend directly to the account through Electronic Clearing Scheme
(for ECS Mandate form click here )
(iv) Bank shall transfer any dividend which has not been claimed by an investor within
30 days from the date of declaration of dividend to Unpaid Dividend Account.
The amount of unpaid dividend, after expiry of 7 years will be credited
to "Investors Education & Protection Fund Account" with the Central Govt
(v) Please note that as per the current RBI guidelines, no charge should be levied
by the destination bank i.e. your Bank - Branch for crediting this amount through ECS.
In case your Bank has levied a service charge for ECS facility, please take up the
matter with your Bank - Branch Manager
(vi) In case you wish to change or delete your ECS instructions, please inform our
Registrar and Share Transfer Agent
