| Eligibility |
Owners of residential buildings and commercial properties which are to be rented or
already rented to MNCs / Banks / large & Medium size Corporates. The facility under the
Scheme may be restricted to properties located in Metro and Urban centers only.
7 years or the residual lease period, whichever is less. Discretion to allow longer
repayment period (max 10 years) may be vested to the Sanctioning Authority not below the
level of ZOCC.
