Amendments to L/C
a. Extension of validity of L/c within 3 months period

a. Where exchange margin is earned on a foreign currency bill

Inter-governmental aid scheme (Including those financed by international
agencies like World Bank, IMF, ADB etc.) where no L/C are opened, commission
shall be collected at a flat rate irrespective of the amounts of each
drawing.
