SBBJ E-MITRA ATM bill pay facility is an electronic bill presentment and payment service, which enables the Bank’s customers to see and pay their various utility bills, namely, BSNL telephone and mobile bills, Electricity bills and water bills through State Bank ATMs. SBBJ in co-ordination with the Government of Rajasthan has set up this facility initially for the citizens for Jaipur , which will be extended to other centers of Rajasthan. Customers who register for the service can view their summary bill details on the ATM and also make instant payments. This facility is available to all ATM card / Debit card holders of the Bank.

The service process flow will be as follows :

CUSTOMER REGISTRATION

Customers can register by submitting the registration form duly filled in along with a copy of an ATM transaction slip for verification and copy of last paid bill. The form is available at all the branches in Jaipur. From the next bill onwards, the customer will be presented with the bill amount and due date details over the ATM. He can view this and make the payment anytime (latest one day before the due date of the bill) at any State Bank ATM using his ATM card.
