If you are a depositors of TDR/STDR
and
Your interest income on TDR/STDR in current financial year is Rs.10,000/- or more.
|
WHAT IS REQUIRED
-
Copy of Photo ID such as Passport, Voter ID Card, Driving Licence, etc.
- Copy of Address ID such as Telephone/ Electricity bill/ Ration Card, Salary slip, etc.
- Form 49A duly filled in (Blank Forms are available at the branch).
- Photo, to be pasted on Form 49A.

Where to submit
What is the cost
It is free for you. The cost of Rs.67 will be borne by the Bank. |

What Bank will do
Bank will submit the application to the authorities.
You will receive the PAN card at your address directly within a short period.
You are requested to please submit copy of PAN Card to the branch where you are
maintaining TDR/ STDR accounts immediately after receipt of PAN Card.
