Q. If the due date falls on a holiday, when the Contract is required to be delivered / cancelled?
A. Contract should be delivered / cancelled on the preceding working day.


Q. Whether delivery is permissible after the expiry of the Contract?
A. NO.


Q. A usance bill is submitted for negotiation as a delivery under Forward Contract whose expected date of payment exceeds the due date of the Contract. Will it be treated as proper delivery?
A. NO.


Q. Can a request for cancellation of a Forward Contract is acceptable after 15 days from the due date of Contract?
A. No, one Contract is supposed to be cancelled automatically on 15th day from the due date of the Contract.


Q. When the charges is required to be recovered / paid?
A.
Branches should recover swap cost from the customer / pay swap gains to them uniformly on due date on advice from IBD, Kolkata.


Q. Whether extension of due date of the Contract is permissible?
A.
Extension of due date is not permissible. Branches have to report cancellation & go for rebooking under such situation.


Q. Whether late delivery to be reported in case of a bill realised within 30 days from the due date?
